The agreement between you and E Fam Enterprises, LLC for the Academy, our courses, our community, and Worship OS.
Worship Ministry Training is operated by E Fam Enterprises, LLC ("Worship Ministry Training", "we", "us", or "our"). We publish training for worship leaders and worship teams, including the Worship Ministry Training Academy, standalone courses, a members community, a podcast, free resources, and the Worship OS application.
In these terms, "the Service" means all of that, together with our websites at worshipministrytraining.com and members.worshipministrytraining.com, and any related pages, apps, emails, and text messages.
By creating an account, buying a membership or course, joining the community, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
If you are accepting on behalf of a church, ministry, or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Our website, products, and services are directed to people 13 and older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or church leader who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person. Please do not share your login with your whole team. If you need access for multiple leaders, we offer group plans, and we would rather set you up properly than have you share a password.
Tell us promptly at support@worshipministrytraining.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
Academy membership is a subscription. Current pricing, your billing interval, and your renewal date are always shown on your account page and on the checkout page at the time you buy. Those pages are the authoritative record of what you pay.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Academy membership: 60 days. If the Academy is not right for you, email us within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you.
Standalone courses: 30 days. Bought a single course? Email us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
To request a refund, email support@worshipministrytraining.com from the address on your account. You do not need to explain yourself. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days once approved, depending on your bank.
Refunds end your access to the paid material. We may decline a refund where we see abuse, such as repeat purchase-and-refund cycles or bulk downloading of course files before requesting money back.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page, or by emailing support@worshipministrytraining.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Outside the guarantee windows above, we do not prorate partial periods.
While your membership or course access is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use our training material for your own ministry.
That includes the practical things we build for you. You may print and use our templates, checklists, chord charts, job descriptions, and planning documents inside your own church or ministry, including handing them to your own team members. That is what they are for.
We own our content and our brand. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
The members community is a place for worship leaders to be honest about hard things. Treat it that way. Be kind, keep other members' stories in the room, and assume the best of people.
Do not post abuse, harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, or promotion of your own products and services without our permission. Do not share another member's private information. We may remove content and may suspend or remove members who make the community unsafe, and we make that call at our discretion.
Worship OS is our planning and team communication application. Your use of it is covered by these terms and by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail what the app collects and which third-party services it uses.
You are responsible for the content your team posts in Worship OS and for having the right to upload it. We provide the app as a tool. We are not responsible for your team's scheduling decisions, and you should keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Program name: Worship Ministry Training Academy onboarding texts.
How you join: during Academy signup you may enter your mobile number and separately choose "Yes, text me" on the consent question. Both are optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying or using anything we sell.
What we send: a personal welcome from Alex, a check-in, and a small number of onboarding nudges during your first weeks. These are customer care and account messages, not marketing blasts.
Frequency: approximately 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges apply to any message sent or received.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation, and nothing after that.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@worshipministrytraining.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and the whole program is documented on our text messaging page.
When you buy from us or opt in to a free resource, we send you email about your account and about our training. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop essential account email such as receipts, renewal notices, and password resets.
The Service runs on tools built by other companies, including our community platform, payment processors, email and SMS providers, and hosting. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies. We choose them carefully, but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
We sometimes link to other people's sites, products, or ministries. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what happens on a site we do not control.
Anything you post in the community, in Worship OS, or in a coaching session stays yours. By posting it, you give us permission to store it and display it to the people it is meant for, so the Service can work.
If you send us a testimonial, a public post, or feedback, you allow us to quote it in our marketing with your first name and the name of your church. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
We put real work into this training, and we believe in it. We cannot promise a specific outcome. Your ministry, your team, and your church are yours, and results depend on what you do with what you learn.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or professional counselling advice. If you are dealing with something serious in your ministry or in your own life, please talk to a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E Fam Enterprises, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E Fam Enterprises, LLC from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if your conduct puts other members or our team at risk. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
Sections that by their nature should survive the end of your access will survive, including sections 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 21.
We may update these terms as the business changes. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the members area. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and we each consent to their jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, please email us. Almost everything gets solved by a real conversation, and we would rather have that one.
Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice. You may report a complaint about the Service, or request more information about how to use it, by emailing support@worshipministrytraining.com. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
